Because your package first needs to move from our delivery center to the logistics warehouse to await customs clearance, your tracking code is only issued after 72 hours. If, however, after 3 business days you notice that the tracking code is still faulty, please contact us and we’ll look into the issue immediately.
For our USA customers, we suggest they use the track-trace.com site until the item lands in the USA and then switch to using the USPS website to get more detailed tracking updates once the other is inside the US borders. Our USA customers are recommended to register their email addresses on the USPS website to get instant updates during the delivery process.
There is not necessarily a problem if you experience this. Typically your parcel is being held at customs while it waits to be processed, hence the delay.
